Return Policy

General Return Policy

Wholesale Online Group's general return policy applies to all products except clearance items and special order items such as gloves with a personalized logo. You may return product(s) within 7 days for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded.

A few rules before returning

  • All sales are final after 7 days of receiving package
  • Returned item are carefully inspected to ensure they are saleable; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage
  • Determining if an item is saleable is the sole discretion of Wholesale Online Group. Any item deemed not saleable will be returned  to the customer
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items

Refund

You will be notified once we receive your return and approve it for refund. Note - the refund can take several days. If for some reason you do not receive the refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where to Return

After you contact us, we will instruct you where to return your purchase. We will also issue you a Return merchandise authorization (RMA). To prevent delays in your return processing, please enure the RMS is clearly marked on the return package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
